1. Introduction

Welcome to Chris Holden Design. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

Chris Holden Design offers a range of creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Logo & brand design

  • Web design & app development

  • Merch design & printing

  • 1-1 mentoring for aspiring designers

All services are customised based on client requirements, timelines, and agreed deliverables.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm a project booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.

  • Prices are agreed in advance based on the project scope. Any additional requests or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Revisions & Deliverables

  • All design packages include a set number of revisions, agreed upon at the start of the project.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed allowance may be charged at an hourly or fixed rate.

  • Final deliverables (e.g., logos, websites, merch designs) will be provided in appropriate formats upon full payment.

5. Ownership & Copyright

  • Upon full payment, you own the final agreed deliverables.

  • Chris Holden Design retains the right to showcase your project for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Any design concepts, sketches, or unused ideas remain the intellectual property of Chris Holden Design.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients must:

  • Provide all required content, branding assets, and information promptly.

  • Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner.

  • Ensure they have the right to use any materials provided (e.g., images, logos, copy).

7. Timelines & Deadlines

Estimated project timelines will be provided before work begins. Delays in receiving required content or feedback from the client may extend delivery dates.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • If a client cancels after significant progress has been made, Chris Holden Design reserves the right to invoice for work completed to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chris Holden Design is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from errors, delays, or service interruptions outside our control.

  • Issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, printing, software).

  • How clients choose to use delivered designs.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
